PURATHRIVE WHOLESALE PURCHASE POLICY

IMPORTANT: Please read this purchasing policy before placing your order. This policy has been designed to reduce confusion and disruptions to your account.

1) Minimum Quantities: as a B2B client, your company has access to excellent prices on all of our products. To qualify for and maintain your status as a wholesaler, we require that you purchase a minimum quantity of our products to justify this arrangement. The minimum quantity is 6 bottles per product and 12 bottles per order.

2) By signing this document you agree that resale of the product shall be at the retail pricing determined by PuraTHRIVE. Each bottle should be listed at $39.95. You may also use pricing for our package deals (example $104.95 for 3 bottle package) which are listed on our website. If we run a sale, you may use the same sale pricing within the same sale period. You may not increase or decrease the cost of the product or vary from our retail pricing outside of these terms.

3) You may sell our products in a person to person retail environment (retail store, doctors office, spa, gym, etc.) or at health shows. Selling through a business website is fine if the retail pricing is in line with our policy and PuraTHRIVE is identified as the origin of the product. You may NOT sell on eBay, Amazon or any other online sales site.

4) Payment Terms: payment terms are set as “Prepaid”. Orders will only be fulfilled once payment has been received in full using your chosen method of payment. No order will be accepted or fulfilled without meeting the criteria of this Purchase Policy.

5) Returns & Refunds: all returns are subject to a 30% receiving/restocking fee. The shipping costs for returning product are the responsibility of the ordering company. These costs will be waived if:
a) the wrong product/quantities were delivered
b) product contains a manufacturing defect

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a monetary credit of 70% of the purchased value of the goods will be issued.

6) Financial Institution Fees: PuraTHRIVE conducts business internationally. As a result, there is the possibility that a foreign company purchasing from us with a credit card will also be charged additional fees by their financial institution, usually called “foreign transaction fees”. PuraTHRIVE is not responsible for these additional charges. We do not receive any more money than the exact amount charged for your order. These fees are collected by your financial institution. PuraTHRIVE is not liable for these charges if they do occur and will not issue any credits to compensate for them. If you do not want to be charged additional fees by your financial institute, select a different payment method that does not have additional fees associated with it.

7) Special Offers/Free Shipping/Etc.: PuraTHRIVE strives to offer the best products at the best prices. Periodically we will offer discounts, lower shipping, incentives, etc. We maintain communication with all of our wholesale accounts via email and will inform you of these special offers as they become available. To this end, we request that you do not haggle, bargain, request, or demand any discounts or special offers at any time. Rather, we will make offers to those clients with excellent order and payment histories. We believe in offering increasingly better deals and offers to accounts based on merit.

8) By proceeding to submit this form to become a wholesaler for PuraTHRIVE you are agreeing to this policy.
